Resolved that for every person who is not a libertarian there exists a persuasive argument that will convince that person to become a libertarian.
Is a libertarian belief simply a matter of holding an opinion as a result of examining the world or is it an intrinsic disposition of personality unique to some individuals? If there exists a persuasive argument, does it consist entirely of hard facts and logic or does it include rhetoric? Does a person have to also have certain experiences?
